Vintage Cape Cod by Melanie Elisabeth Leonard

A great vintage pictorial map of Cape Cod by Melanie Elisabeth Leonard. Originally created in 1926, this is a 1940s reprint published by a Boston newspaper who changed the water color to blue and folded the map. Lots of great details and features a sea serpent whose tail form the canal. Mounted to cardstock and with original frame.

Good condition with some water stains along bottom edge and scattered discoloration of the varnish. Measures 25-1/2" by 35-1/2" framed.
